Return Eligibility for Perfumes:
At Mughal Fragrance, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as perfumes are personal-use and consumable products, all returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange can be approved.
Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Cases:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
Change of mind.
Personal preference or dissatisfaction with the fragrance or scent.
Products returned more than 15 days after purchase.
Refund Eligibility for Opened Perfumes
Approved returns for opened perfume bottles are refunded based on the estimated amount of fragrance remaining in the bottle at the time of inspection.
Estimated Fragrance Remaining Refund Eligibility:
80%–100% 80% refund of the product price
70%–79% 65% refund of the product price
60%–69% 50% refund of the product price
Below 60% No monetary refund.
Depending on the condition of the returned product, Mughal Fragrance may, at its sole discretion, issue a promotional voucher of up to Rs. 500. The voucher is valid on the purchase of 50 ml perfumes or on orders of Rs. 4,000 or above. Voucher issuance is not guaranteed.
Please note: The percentage of fragrance remaining is determined by Mughal Fragrance during the inspection process, and our assessment will be used to determine refund eligibility.
Return Conditions
All returned products are inspected upon receipt.
The perfume bottle and sprayer must be returned in good, undamaged condition.
A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return shipment.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds, exchanges, or promotional vouchers will only be processed after the returned product has passed inspection.
Customers will be notified of the inspection results before a refund, exchange, or voucher is issued.
Mughal Fragrance reserves the right to approve or decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaking, or different from the item you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp. To help us process your request promptly, please provide your order number along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate refund at no additional cost to you.
